TRIPPIN’ has an opportunity to experience a first-hand look at the newest major mega-rocket factory (with a direct view of the factory floor). LIFE members will gain insight into the mission of Blue Origin and the process to achieve its founder’s goals.

Establishing permanent human presence on the Moon is a vital step to realizing the Blue Origin vision.

We will be led on a "personal" tour thru the rocket factory by Jim Brice, an alumnus of UCF - class of 1990 Industrial Engineering. Currently he is the Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) for the New Glenn SEIT Group of Blue Origin, LLC.

What an historical event - to witness the production of the New Glenn rocket which will ‘carry the torch’ to “INSPIRE & MOBILIZE FUTURE GENERATIONS” thru space flight!

NOTE: Prior to the tour, a list of all the tour participants will be sent. They will need a full name, email address, and an indication of where members are employed (or just “retired”) for each attendee. A reminder that only US citizens (and Green card holders) are allowed in the building – and no one who is currently working for a competing aerospace company may tour.

The $10 fee is inclusive of all fees and a donation. Only those who cancel by February 24th will receive a refund. After that date, you will only be refunded if there is a wait list and someone is willing and able to take your spot. You do not need your confirmation for this event, but you WILL need to bring the filled out waiver form available at: https://lifeatucf.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/LIFE-Trip-Waiver.pdf this form is also accessible under the Trippin' through LIFE drop down menu on our lifeatucf.org website.
