What a Trippin'! This lunch and learn for our LIFE members will teach healthy eating, sustainability and much more!

4Roots (from their website): The Farm Campus is being developed in multiple phases. With the completion of Phase One, the campus now features the Education Center with flexible, lab-style classrooms, a State-of-the-Art Hydroponic Greenhouse with a variety of demonstration growing systems, Box Gardens, a Soil-Based Regenerative Field Garden, and Edible Landscaping.

Plan to arrive by 11:15...you don't want to hold up lunch! Our Trippin' begins with a lunch buffet, which will begin at 11:30. The buffet includes a great selection of yummy offerings. Lunch options were chosen by both Gail (I eat anything...except BEETS) and Sheila (a vegan who loves plant-based choices)! Every one of the selections promises to make your self-created luncheon bowl a gastronomical wonder!

At noon, our group will be treated to a 30 minute presentation which will include 4Roots history, mission, operation and future plans.

After the presentation, we will head outside for a 30 minute tour of the campus, including the farm and gardens. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Please note: this tour will require about 30 minutes of outdoor walking on a mixture of mulch and paved surfaces. There will be little to no shade as we tour the area.

Parking is plentiful onsite. Definitely put the address into your GPS! You won't believe how close to downtown Orlando this place is!

The cost of this Trippin' is $44, which includes all fees, luncheon and gratuities/donation. All cancellations must be made by February 15 for a full refund. After that date, you will only receive a refund if someone on the wait list is willing and able to take your place.
